Valérie provides day-to-day advice and support to French and international clients in the telecoms, luxury goods, new technologies, music and internet sectors. Valérie was raised in an English-speaking environment and spent several years living abroad (London and New York).
Whether her customers are start-ups, SMEs or institutional groups, Valérie is committed to understanding the market, business model and corporate culture of her clients, in order to provide them with tailor-made practical support.
Drawing on her corporate experience and expertise, she positions herself as a true “business partner”. She attaches great importance to the pragmatic and operational quality of her recommendations.
Valérie began her career in a business lawfirm where she practiced competition law, consumer law, advertising law, and product regulation.
She then moved on to the highly competitive and regulated telecom sector, where she spent 14 exciting years as an in-house counsel and manager at Neuf Telecom, now SFR (Vivendi Group, then Altice Group).
The fast-paced concentration of this sector has taught her flexibility, anticipation, and pragmatism, with one clear objective: unite teams around major structuring and strategic projects for the company such as the implementation of the new consumer law reform, and the GDPR.
She joined the firm in 2019.
Valérie taught new technologies law in the Master Droit public – droit du numérique – at the Paris – Sorbonne university from 2012 to 2014.
